The DockHounds are looking for motivated, engaging college students to help craft the team experience. Our internships give you an opportunity to gain valuable first-hand experience in the sports industry in a fun, hard-working baseball and family entertainment environment.

Why an Internship with the Dockhounds

This internship will provide hands-on experience that is meaningful and fun while building on your classroom learning. Interns will develop transferable skills and have the chance to experience the business and operations side of the sports and entertainment industry. Our interns will be instrumental in creating an experience that fans continue to talk about and a community everyone wants to be a part of.

2022 Fall internships - Event Planning & Marketing

This internship position focuses on event planning, sales and marketing for both fall & winter events and the upcoming baseball season. You will assist in the planning process and organization.  You will also be responsible for outbound calls to fans and business groups to promote ticket sales and sponsorships.

2023 Spring internships - Marketing & Fan relations

Join us as we gear up for game time! Spring interns will get a little taste of everything: marketing, individual and group ticket sales, game day planning and community engagement. As an intern, you will help plan the upcoming season’s events, as well as assist in running promotions and attending mascot appearances in the community.  This opportunity will start as early as January (unless otherwise specified) and lead into the opening season.
