How To Forward Your Tickets Onto Others Using Your Phone
If you would like to forward your tickets onto others select the game and press the Forward button.
Click the check box for the game and select choose friend.
Select Add Friend or choose existing friend from list.
If you’re adding a new friend, fill out the information of who you are going to send the tickets to, and press create friend.
Select “Forward Tickets” to complete the process or select “Add More Tickets” to include additional tickets.
Once you press Forward Tickets you will get a success message!
Send Tickets to the Wrong Person? Recall Them.
If you have forwarded your tickets onto the wrong email address you are able to recall the tickets to get them back into your account. Select the game and press Recall.
You will review your selections. If you want to add more tickets to recall, choose Add More Tickets, otherwise you will press Recall Tickets.
You will receive a success message that your tickets have been recalled.
