Mascot Request Form

We are pleased that you are considering Louie for your function or event. Lake Country DockHounds are happy to have our mascot, manager and players (during season) make appearances based upon availability. For more information or to request an appearance for your event, please complete the form below. We can’t guarantee an appearance, it will be based on availability.  

When making a request, please remember the following: 

• All appearances will be limited to 60 minutes.
• There is no appearance fee for non-profit organizations. 
• There is a $75/hour for for-profit organizations.   
• Requests must be made at least three weeks prior to an event.
• All payments must be made prior to an appearance.

Note: There may be additional fees for appearances greater than 20 miles from Wisconsin Brewing Company Field.
